SAWDUST PELLET

Sawdust pellet (also known as wood pellet) is a type of fuel with a high calorific value that makes the boiler operate stably without polluting the environment or causing danger to users. It is also a source of waste products for agriculture and other industries.

Sawdust pellets are a fuel made of sawdust compressed under high pressure and forced through screen holes. This is a heating process that causes the colloids in the sawdust to melt and stick together, forming sawdust pellets with a shiny surface.

Sawdust pellets are one of the industrial fuels with high density and are produced with a low moisture content (less than 10 %) allowing them to burn with high efficiency. High compression ratios also help to store and transport them with long distances easily.

The cost of using sawdust pellets is quite low, only 30 - 50% compared to electricity and gas.
